Now for the product. The taste is what it is. Chilled it is palateable, room temp it is less so, but not terrible. It is hard to describe the feeling of clarity that I experience after taking a dose of Ketone-IQ. My mind just seems to clear and focus about 10 minutes after taking. I haven't noticed any energy boost, per se, maybe because my mind is so focused that I am getting more done anyway. I will keep taking this product as I am pleased with the increase in focus and productivity.”

“Overall, I like its effects but it tastes horrible with a metallic after taste. Do not mix it with anything, it will just ruin the taste of the mixer. I usually shoot a dose with a Coke Zero, Spicy V8 or citrus juice as a chaser. But, it does increase your energy, stamina, mood and cognition. I have also noticed that it seems to stabilize blood glucose levels. Also, I have had a couple of health scares lately and my doctor is fairly anti-supplement, but he is very high on this.”
