“I have been using Ketone IQ for over a year on and off. it seems like the best product in terms of dollars per mg/deciliter.
I find the flavor works best with lemonade or citrus as a mixer. I justify the cost for age-related cognitive decline(not my own yet) It doesn't remove confusion but it provides energy and capacity to work through confusion. It doesn't help you remember something that you have lost completely but it does help you remember what is happening now(in my opinion with an "N" of 3(4 if you count me)).
Never experienced/observed stomach upset or any negative side effects.
and lastly (in my opinion with an N of 4)it has a strong correlation with a positive mood. I always feel slightly better or neutral after using it.
