“First time I heard of Keytone-IQ was while watching The Move . Since around 60% of pros of TDF riders are using it I thought why not give it a shot . Started taking one shot per day . My riding is mostly weekends and Gran Fondos as well as local competitions . At first I did not see much difference , three or four days later I rode The Tripple Crown in Vancouver . For me it was 114 k and 2353 meters of climbing . About half way thru I found that I was able to keep pushing for longer than before and at the end finishing on Cypress I felt really good . Was is that I had good day or Keytones ? Or both ? Not sure but I kept taking just one shot per day and found that I felt a bit fresher at work . I'm a mechanic and my work is very intense . Riding Tour de Victoria on August 19th , will "load up" on Keytones and see . lol ....
