The effects I had predicted are definitely there, with greater concentration and extra energy on longer outings and races. The taste is a little surprising, almost like olive oil! It can also be "cut" with orange juice to attenuate the taste. I'm much more confident in my running ability when I take it just before a race.

I tried it for a month but cancelled after 15 days. The stuff works to the extent that I definitely felt a boost of energy, but that feeling was gone after about 45 minutes to an hour. And it didn't curb hunger at all, so I realized that I'd be taking 3-4 of these a day, and 20 bucks a day wasn't going to be sustainable for me.

Ketone IQ is an amazing product!! I use it before a workout and before I start a work project, it helps keep me focused with consistent energy levels!! I highly recommend it to most everyone!

For me this is kind of booster for energy and other staff, taste is bit strange, but for me this is not a problem as long after what it does with me.

Not in the mood to workout? This does the trick. I take it about 30min before my workout and it always puts me in the mood. Definitely tastes better chilled.

This is an over hyped product. You have to take at least one whole box of shot of very bitter tasting product to which there was no effect no energy boost no hunger suppression and no extra focus. I find the fact the military is backing this another waste of funds that could be used elsewhere. 129.00 24 shots in which recommended you drink 1-3 at a time come on. Absolutely foul bitter taste.

It says you get 24 bottles and I only got 6! Wish I could get help on this!

I started taking Ketone-Iq while I was training for the Boston Marathon, and I haven’t looked back. It works for me pre, during, and post run and I don’t get a crazy heart rate spikes like I normally do when taking caffeinated gels. It has also been great for those early mornings when I don’t have time to drink a coffee pre run. It will definitely be a permanent staple of my workout nutrition.
