At threshold I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and endurance. Other than suppleme ting with my regular fuel during training I use the non caffeine after my workouts about 30 minutes after my protein. And I'm snapping back about 30% faster than I was before. The taste is unique and really isn't that bad. You can add it to a flavored drink if you really have a issue drinking a 2 ounce shot like a child. Buy all these haters need to research what they are hating on before they even tried it.”
