“I was a little hesitant due to the price but, was not disappointed at all. The flavor tastes like medicine but, the energy is super clean. After about 10-15 minutes I feel a boost of energy similar but different to that of caffeine. I tested using this vs coffee to fuel my runs and noticed a significant boost in energy throughout my entire run and noticed I wasn't slowing down at the point I typically would. Definitely recommend giving it a try!”
“I received one of these as part of the swag at a convention the day before I ran a marathon. After the marathon I decided to try it, expecting something fruity in flavor or perhaps something akin to a yogurt drink. To say the taste surprised me would be a gross understatement. This was the most bitter substance I have ever drunk. I assumed I got a bad one but after reading reviews, it sounds like this is what it is *supposed* to taste like. If you’re into it, good for you, but buyer beware - this is not for the faint of heart.”
“After incorporating Ketone IQ into my endurance training, I’ve experienced a significant boost in both energy levels and mental clarity. It’s quickly become my go-to for marathons and triathlons, giving me that extra edge in performance. Sure, the taste of ketones might not be great, but let’s be honest—people drink alcohol despite its negative effects on health. In contrast, ketones offer a wide range of benefits that can truly enhance your training. I’d say it’s worth giving them a try for the incredible boost they provide!”
“i take these every morning, whether im training or not. Its a much cleaner alternative than the 1-2 cans of Celsius I'd drink every day. It seems to help with longer training days and keeps me from fatiguing. it doesnt taste great, whether chilled or warm. I started to mix it with my electrolytes, which helps a bit.”
“I keep a bottle in my car for long road trips and post-run recovery. I also take ketone-iq before big meetings. During long, technical runs I will also take a shot. It helps me focus and makes the though process a bit easier and overall more clear. I recently competed at the World Skyrunning Championships 70k which was extremely technical - and used ketones for running fuel and mental clarity. Not one fall.”
