This is stuff is a gimic. Don’t waste your money, in my opinion. And certainly don’t fall for the subscription. They send it even if you cancel and it is not returnable.

I took one every day for a week, couldn't take the bitter taste any more and did not notice any difference so I gave the rest away.

These are my go to when I’m feeling a bit sluggish and need to crush some computer work or an afternoon workout.

I was a little hesitant due to the price but, was not disappointed at all. The flavor tastes like medicine but, the energy is super clean. After about 10-15 minutes I feel a boost of energy similar but different to that of caffeine. I tested using this vs coffee to fuel my runs and noticed a significant boost in energy throughout my entire run and noticed I wasn't slowing down at the point I typically would. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

I received one of these as part of the swag at a convention the day before I ran a marathon. After the marathon I decided to try it, expecting something fruity in flavor or perhaps something akin to a yogurt drink. To say the taste surprised me would be a gross understatement. This was the most bitter substance I have ever drunk. I assumed I got a bad one but after reading reviews, it sounds like this is what it is *supposed* to taste like. If you’re into it, good for you, but buyer beware - this is not for the faint of heart.

After incorporating Ketone IQ into my endurance training, I’ve experienced a significant boost in both energy levels and mental clarity. It’s quickly become my go-to for marathons and triathlons, giving me that extra edge in performance. Sure, the taste of ketones might not be great, but let’s be honest—people drink alcohol despite its negative effects on health. In contrast, ketones offer a wide range of benefits that can truly enhance your training. I’d say it’s worth giving them a try for the incredible boost they provide!
