Benefit is, it does provide clarity or wakes a person up. Better sub for caffeine which I don’t like.
Will be testing it in a race.
Price is somewhat high for the average person and especially high for fixed income athletes on disability, like myself.
I’m no longer an elite athlete; however, it provides extra calorie intake that’s needed on long run days in training.
