“Skeptical about this product. However, I gave it a chance. I use HVMN ketone before endurance peloton workout. I was concerned about the taste ( nasty) but it isn’t bad I am used to it now. I drink one bottle and take in carbohydrates such as drink mix, gel, and bar for 40-60 grams of carbohydrates about 30-45 minutes prior to start of event. The major benefits during exercise include nice flow state, increased concentration, and lower rating of perceived exertion for an hour or two. I will try for recovery and during a long day at work in the future but the cost per serving is too high for me for more regular use. Nonetheless will splurge and buy again when I want too”
