I've been experimenting with Ketone IQ for about 3 months. As a long time endurance athlete, including 27 Ironmans, 8 Kona qualifications and 100s of ultras, marathons and tris, I'm really not noticing much benefit. I'll use Ketone IQ for the first time in an Ironman race in about 7 weeks and we'll see if if helps with performance, fatigue reduction and focus. I have my doubts.

Just superb.. I've tried many different nootropics including Thesis and ONNIT but HVMN is a clear winner!! It gives me the calm energy and allows me to focus on important tasks.

It just doesn’t work as well as KetonAid and is much more expensive. I lost weight on KetoneAid but not with Hvmn. Not sure why but maybe there is something to the made in the USA bit. Just canceled my subscription. Switched because I was told Hvmn was better but literally not feeling it.

I had high hopes for this product. I eat mostly carnivore and I exercise daily but was looking for an extra boost. I took a shot this morning and did not feel a thing. I took another one at my 2:00 lull I experience every afternoon during work days. Sadly, I fell asleep at my desk after taking a shot Ketone-IQ. No reason I was tired, I got plenty of rest the night before. Better off to just eat meat.

I feel so much more energy, it's subtle, not as though you took a huge scoop of caffeinated pre-workout. Rather when I am working out, I can run longer or lift heavier, without even being aware of it, until after the workout is complete. It's a gentle push, but an effective one.
