Fabulous for My on the road training! I have longer endurance and faster times. I also use ketone iq to help w concentration on long days and it’s amazing I’m So thankful I found this. My daughter who is a D1 soccer athlete said it has made the world of difference for her as a goalkeeper in training and her ability to stay focused and clear during games. We both kicked the sugar habit and w ketone IQ have found a perfect form of clean energy

I was skeptical of this ketone product, read some literature and listened to podcasts and decided to give it a try. I really like it preworkout and also during the work day. I don’t mind the taste. I do wish there was more clarity on when to consume ketone IQ in relation to meals but I don’t think there is a “bad” time, I just want to optimize the results.

I've been through many body transformations throughout my life.. in my younger days I sucked weight for wrestling then built up for football season. Played college ball as a power iback then went to the military.. didn't stop there.. then started running marathons. I just set my PR last weekend in the 26.2 and a huge contributor was Keytone IQ.. It gave me the energy and focus in the warrior miles to stay in the mental fight. This product offers what wasn't available previously.. absolute game changer..

I bought a case of 24 of these for what seemed like an exorbitant price to me. But the reviews were mostly good. So, I thought it might be worth the price.I tried the shots for a couple of days. I'm a 6', 52 yo, 185 lb guy. I eat clean. I'm not on a keto diet. I have not had a sip of alcohol in about 10 years or so. I work out 5-6 days per week pretty intensely. I'm down around 10% body fat. When I tried the shots, I tried them while fasted. The first day I tried one shot. I felt nothing. If anything, based on the positive reviews, I was biased toward experiencing a placebo effect of increased energy and focus. But no. There was just nothing. So, the second day, I decided to up the dose to two shots. Though I haven't drank in a long, long time, what I experienced felt like a mild hang over or what I remember it felt like when a buzz from a few drinks wore off. I felt sleepy. I had a slight headache. I felt out of energy and like I just wanted to take a nap.My girlfriend, who is 5'6" and weighs 100 lbs tried a single shot a few times. She reported feeling buzzed from it. Her experience was mildly positive. As far as taste goes, they don't taste good. But they don't taste terrible. I've tasted much worse.Personally, I can't recommend spending $120 on something that made me feel kind of hung over with no up side. YMMV.
