I'm a cat1 mountain bike racer, cat 3/4 Roady for training and I immediately felt an improvement in how I felt during activities. After I went through my 6 pack of Ketone IQ, I purchased the auto refill individuals to continue this feeling of next level riding, racing, and training. As for the taste, it's not bad for me.
