“Tried for a few days now, I'm a dietitian and exercise physiologist so always chasing energy, and focus. I should have known better based on my senses, but this is basically an expensive, very nasty tasting mixture of ketones. Personally, I don't feel much focus, a little bit of appetite suppression. If your a marathon runner and you want to train in ketosis while following a ketogenic diet it may be worthwhile; otherwise super expensive and not worth it for non significant impact.”
