“It's an interesting product. Yes, the ketones help significantly with a feeling of fullness and have really aided in getting control of my "always hungry" issues. This has been significant since other products have promised but failed to deliver on this promise (ghrelin control). At first, it almost made me nauseated because I was not used to the sensation but it very quickly became comforting as it aided with appetite suppression. It has helped "reset" my appetite and fullness sensation - a much-welcomed change.
However, I am so disappointed that I cannot get past the "cough syrup" aspect of the product. I didn't notice so much the first week but it really caught up with me during the second week. I've tried diluting it in sparkling water to help and I'm just stuck. Had to take a break from it for a week in hopes of finishing up the product I purchased.
Overall, a great product if you can get past the unique taste.”
