“First, I must say that it is rare to see a company that gives such excellent customer service. My interactions with customer service have been excellent, and I have no comp complaints. On the other hand, the product does not taste good. I was taking it to try to improve energy for workout, and frankly to attempt to assist in weight loss. Perhaps the weight loss is not particularly on point use because I’ve been using it for a while and I’ve lost very little weight. So, I think this is a very good product, but probably not the right product for my application. However, I would highly recommend the company and the product to anyone who has inappropriate use for it.”
