“This cup is my first Hydrojug and it’s beautiful but packaging was terrible. I received my cup in its box without any external protection and box was very damaged. Luckily, it didn’t extend to the cup which was a limited edition that sold out and cannot be replaced.
I own cups of many brands and this is the worst packaging ever.”
