I was very upset that I waited for this cup, and it came with a scratch. Customer service has been difficult to work with. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received a replacement cup. There also hasn’t been any resolution regarding the defective item they originally sent me. Overall, the process has been frustrating and disappointing.”
