“I was so happy that replacement lids were available. I knocked my HydroJug over during the middle of the night and broke the piece that you use to lift open the straw. I had only recently purchased my HydoJug so I was not excited about having to buy an entire new one. Luckily, the replacement cap was available and I received it within just a few days. I really love my HydroJug, I easily drink 64 - 96 oz throughout my day without even trying.”
“The draw on this straw is difficult compared to the original one that comes with the traveler. It takes more suction than it should. And the fact that these removable ones don’t immediately come with any given new cup is annoying!”
