“I noticed a small crack in the flip lid but I didnt really pay too much attention to it. I went to wash in the sink with our other water bottles, washed it and let them sit out to dry. I didn't notice it cracked off until the next day. I absolutely love my cup. Now I have a hard time to open it.”
