“My water bottle came scratched even though I got the protective coating so that hopefully it wouldn’t scratch. My last was the same size, pink but in the matte finish. I ordered this more expensive model so I hopefully would never have to experience this devastating event ever again. I love this brand so much, but I would love a replacement or a refund.
