“I didn’t get the correct design made and they notified me before it shipped so I assumed they’d fix it and ship me the correct one. Instead they made the wrong design and sent that to me, they then said they’d correct it and ship it out but it still hasn’t gotten here. I mean I just want to get what I paid for at the very least.”
“I was so excited to try this cup coming from Stanley’s. I was excited at the fact it was leakproof. I’m so disappointed because no matter what this cup leaves my drink watered down and does not hold coldness or ice for more than two hours. The quality is horrible. I contacted customer service and all they’re willing to do is send me out another cup. I’m unhappy at the fact that they wouldn’t just do a refund and let me send the cut back to them.”

I still shake it upside down every time I fill it. lol Also, one of my favorite features is that the lid position is perfect each time you screw it on and has the left or right option. Having severe OCD this feature is great because it always aligns.”
