“The reason for 3/5 is that my cup fell over on the ground very lightly and chipped the powder coating off already. I have other cups that are powder coated and have fallen off of tables onto concrete and didn’t chip. It should be thicker/more durable to withstand more than what happened to this cup. Extremely disappointed in that. Otherwise it’s a great cup. I really love the color!”
