“First of all I do absolutely love the Hydrojug products the only reason I didn’t give this specific one a 5 star is I have had a few issues with this one first with the lid then the handle fell off (I didn’t even know that was possible). Each time the company was so quickly and efficiently responsive and friendly replacing the needed item. I love all my Hydrojug products and will continue to buy more for myself, friends, and family.”
