“We originally ordered this a year and a half ago and loved it! Never spilled! The handle started coming away from the bottle recently. We sent in a picture with our order number and quickly received a brand new hydrojug to replace it. It was an easy and fast process. I don't see us buying from another company! I think we own at least 6 hydrojugs in different styles, colors, and sizes and love them all!”
“I bought this also in the cream color & didnt have an issue with the rubber peeling…pretty disappointing for a product thats supposed to be higher quality. This bottle is still fairly new so its seems like a manufacturer defect.”
