“I ordered this cup for my wife. It’s her favorite cup. Unfortunately the handle fell off, and through the returns process I’ve noticed this company lacks severely in the customer service department. They replaced the original cup after making me scratch a giant X in the side. The one they replaced it with wasn’t engraved like the original. And instead of making it right they offer to refund me the engraving cost.”
