“I ordered the Orchid HyrdoJug about 11 months ago. Recently when my husband was unscrewing the lid to refill it for me, the handle broke off. I immediately took pictures and contacted customer service and they gave me multiple options such as a partial refund, full replacement, or return for free (if new with tags.) I honestly wasn’t expecting anything since I ordered it almost a year ago and I just simply asked if there was a way to fix the handle. So to say I was ecstatic to receive a replacement is an understatement! I absolutely love HydroJug and would easily order many more if I could! And of course the customer service is on point!”
