“This was a replacement order due to handle breaking off on the 1st one. Customer service was easy to work and communicate with. No issues receiving a replacement. Pros: Color is bright and no paint chipping, love how the straw flips down so it is not exposed, not heavy once filled like other brands, ice stayed frozen over 8 hours being in the car in 90°+ weather.
