“I love the look but when I'm trying to drink from the straw it's like something is blocking it. I've looked at it, my daughter in law looked at it & said she saw nothing that would make it so this. So I put it on a shelf. Very disappointing in this product”
Hi! Please make sure your straw is on tight, you can remove it and look through the hole to make sure nothing is blocking the area if there is email our team service@thehydrojug.com with a photo.
“Ordered this hydrojug and realized there was an issue with the shipping address. I immediately tried to call customer service with no luck, tried the email with no luck and no response, still have never received a response and then tried the live chat with no response. Luckily was able to retrieve this item from a previous address where it was shipped before it disappeared. Love the product but the customer service is beyond ridiculous. Still can’t believe there has yet to be any sort of response from the customer service team. Beyond disappointing and will never order online from Hydrojug again.”
