“I would like to start off by saying we do really love our Hydro jugs.
We received the Orchid after our initial order came in with the wrong color. The hydro jug team swiftly took care of things and sent us a replacement free of charge. Amazing customer service. The orchid seems to be a good cup the only issue we have is that the lid gets so tight that it’s almost impossible to get off. This doesn’t seem to be a problem with our other hydro jugs.
Despite this we like and believe in the product!! So much so that we would love to be ambassadors for you guys!”
“I just bought this one to give this brand a second chance, the first one i bought was the pink and purple. It leaked and the handle broke off after having it for only a few months i was very disappointed. So far this new one has been good however i’ve only had it for a few days we will see in a few months if it breaks like the last one.”
