“I have several cups. And have had issues with them chipping after hand washing or within a few weeks so use. Which is strange since they are advertised being thrown around, you would assume they are moderately durable. I’m not harsh on them, I hand wash them and the most action the cup has seen is laying on the sofa. Customer service said one cup was under warranty then said the cup I’ve had for 14 days was not covered. Inconsistent and disappointed in the quality and communication. I use other brands like owala, hydroflask, reduce, Stanley, simple modern, and have never had issues with the color/pattern chipping or scratching”
