“The water bottle is great. It is super cute. It actually is leak proof (so far). The color is great. I had it customized (from the list of preset customizations). The only issue I had was the shipping. It took forever to arrive. I ordered May 19th and it wasn't delivered until June 12th. The tracking was strange. It was originally picked up by a "shipping partner" on May 27th and was handed off to several shipping partner facilities before finally being given to USPS on June 11th. If you do not plan to customize, order from Amazon. You will get it faster.”
