“I really enjoy this product. The color is beautiful and it’s the perfect size for 12 hour shifts. My lid actually started to grow mold- and before you say it, yes I was cleaning it religiously. I think leaving it in my car over the weekend is what did it in. Anyway, I reached out to support and they sent me a replacement lid! Ana was extremely helpful.
