“The pattern is absolutely beautiful, but two of the three cherries hydrojugs I ordered had chipped paint. I would expect better quality for a cup that is supposed to be used regularly. Hopefully this will improve in the future designs, But when you’re spending this much on a cup, I want them to be durable as well as pretty. People who purchased the checkers Cups a lot of complaints and I’ve seen photos of lots of those had paint bubbles or missing spots of paint.”
“The design is so cute! Unfortunately the matte background gets scratched and scuffed very easily. Hopefully something can be done about this in future printed designs!”
“Unfortunately, it took almost 3 weeks to receive. Once it did arrive it came all scratched up. Scratches on lid, knicks on side of cup.. I sent an email regarding the issues with pictures and never heard back. Wouldn’t order again.”
“Love the look of the cup and that I can close the straw to shake drinks/not spill. After 2 weeks of use, the rubber around the lid is peeling off. This doesn’t make the cup less efficient but I definitely wouldn’t have expected signs of wear so soon.”
