Was disappointed that one of mine arrived scratched, customer service replaced it no problem, but then even my replacement cup came scratched. Quality control needs to be worked on, that’s the only issue I ever seem to have.”
“When I saw this print it was a must have! Keeps ice for at least a day and completely leak proof. I did have issues w my original order and hydrojug promptly solved this for me!”
“The tan base paint is very thin.
Two of my three cups came straight from the factory with that tan paint chipped or missing as it’s not thick enough … so I couldn’t give as gifts.
Cherries were ok though!”
“I love the design of the hydrojugs they were my favorite. I unfortunately received the cherry hydrojug with bubbles in the paint, fortunately Hydrojug was quick to replace it which made me so happy with the company and happy it could still be my favorite cup until I got a cup for my birthday that had a chip
in the paint since it was a gift I didn’t reach out to the company and it was purchased in a store I put a little nail polish on it in hopes it won’t continue to chip. I started talking to family and friends about it and it sounds like the paint quality needs to be fixed as lots of people have had the same issues.”
