“I love the mixed colors of the Lime Rickey. I love the size. I love the straw. I love that it fits in my car cup holder. I HATE how the lid tightens. Neighter me nor my husband could get it off. I tried hot. I tried cold. I tried a towel. I tried popping up the straw. My wrist literally felt like I had seriously strained it trying to get the lid off. I wanted the lid OFF as I loved this product and I had only used it less than 2 weeks. I feared I was going to have to drop it in the trash. After it sat on the countertop for a week, my husband asked what I planned to do with it. I told him the Company had asked for a video of us trying to get the lid off. He gave it one more try and it came off. I haven't had the courage to use it again for fear of tightening the lid again...”
