“At first I was really disappointed because I couldn’t unscrew the top, it just wouldn’t budge. I took it to my brother who finally got it off / even he said it was hard. BUT now I love it!! I don’t have to fill up my other 20 oz bottle so many times in a day and it fits in the beverage slot in my car. Overall I’m thrilled with it.”
