“Unfortunately, the 4 cups I ordered the black is the only one that was damaged. We didn’t notice until today. The lid tightens while on the cup and it’s extremely hard to unscrew. Id love at least a replacement, we love these cups and my son is super disappointed. We can’t even align the lid properly to screw it back on correctly”
