This is so disappointing that a product can completely fail just when the top gets too tough to open. I read tips about freezing it, opening or closing the straw lid, running hot water. None of them work and besides the point, it is a serious design flaw when your Google search "how to open stuck hydrojug" comes up with so many results.”
