“I had been anticipating the arrival of my very first Hydro Jug. It is a beautiful cup, but unfortunately, the bottom piece is not on the cup properly, so it wobnles and does not sit flat. It bothers me so much and I was so disappointed.”

“Overall I love this cup. I have the 40oz and the 30oz. However, I do wish they made it a normal function for the lid pieces to come apart to clean AND for HydroJug to sell replacement lids. The cups are virtually indestructible but after a long fall, my lid on my 40oz has broken and HydroJug doesn’t offer just lid replacements. They also didn’t respond to an email requesting to purchase a new lid.”
