“My order was placed on November 14 and as a concerned customer I emailed the seller on December 5 asking for an update on my order. I received a quick response on December 9th and then the product arrived about a week later. I feel like they may have lost my order. I’m glad I checked on it!!”
“I purchased a cup that the handle had broken off when trying to screw on the lid. I contacted the company and they were happy to replace it with no charge to me. I had to keep emailing back and forth until I figured out when my new cup would ship but all in all it was a good experience. It just took way longer than the expected two weeks. I do love my Hydrojug and have purchased others.”
