“Goodmorning, I purchased this hydro jug down below for my mom for christmas and she has had some issues i’ve never experienced. She can’t seem to get the lid off and she got it off once and it ruined the top of it. I have 2 bottles from you guys and I have never dealt with this. I don’t know if I can get another from you guys or what we can do. I don’t want her to have to deal with this every time she has to refill it. She barely screws it off which causes it to not be fully sealed and spilled. If you can get back to me that would be great! Thanks so much :)”
