“I was very excited for my new cup. I love the color and the features. I had it, using it regularly, when the handle broke while unscrewing the top for refilling. I reached out to the HydroJug team and was sent a new one right away! I have my new one and am scared to really make it my main cup for fear of it breaking again. I mainly keep it by my bed for replenishment in the evenings. I'm a little disappointed but the team is great, the respond quickly and seem to care.”
