“I’m ordered customization of a 40 oz traveler. It was not done correctly. I was issued a gift card but it did not cover the full cost of a new traveler so I had to spend $10 and order something I didn’t want just to get my replacement. I chose not to do customization again. Unlikely that I will order from Hydrojug in the future.”
