Long story short, they didn't arrive by Christmas, but HydroJug did their best to get them to me a day late. So for that, I was grateful. I have been using my Traveler every day since. I had a cabinet full of water bottles. The HydroJug surpasses any thermal water bottle I have ever had. I was skeptical about the claim of keeping drink cold for 24 hours. I am mo longer a skeptic. It really does keep it cold. I fill ice and water and I still have solid ice 12 to 18 hours later. This mug was so worth the wait. This will not disappoint!!”
