“The style snd functionality of the water bottle is excellent. I love how the straw closes so it does not spill. After having this water bottle for only 3 days, the white ombré coloring has come off and it looks ruined. I did not drop or scrape the water bottle, so I’m not sure why it did not last. After reaching out to customer service to see if I could get the item replaced, I have not heard back. Disappointing, because the water bottle is so pretty and I love it otherwise.”
