“I ordered a Candy Coated Hydrojug for the 8 year birthday sale. My excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I opened the box as the hydrojug looked like I received someone’s previous damaged one. There was damage in 5 spots. Needless to say i’m disappointed in Hydrojug as this is the 3rd time now i’ve received a damaged one.
- A crack on the lid
- a chip on the rim
- multiple deep brown scratches in the handle top and bottom
- several bubbles on the cup which are razor sharp enough to draw blood
- many line scratches on the inside of the cup”
