“I love the hydro jugs. I work in a medical clinic at an Army base and we were all given jugs for nurse’s week last year. The 32oz is the perfect size for me. The only problem is that the lid gets mold in it in a place that is impossible to reach to clean - where the drinking ‘straw’ flips up. There were many of us in the clinic who had the mold develop. It takes a couple months, but once it’s there it’s impossible to get out. Hydrojug offered to replace the lid for me. I sent pictures and was told a replacement lid would be sent and it never was after several attempts. But I do love them so I bought a new one. I can’t buy a new one every couple months so if this one molds, too, I’m done with them.”
