“I recently purchased the Mocha HydroJug and my Shop account autofilled the wrong delivery address. I reached out immediately about needing a new address for shipping. The support team was very fast to respond and fixed my mistake with no hesitation. The Jug keeps my water cold and being 100% leak-proof is fantastic! I take this tumbler with me for all my Permanent Jewelry pop-ups and it has been a lifesaver!”
