“I was so excited to see the pretty Pecan color, so I washed it up to use immediately. It wasn't until after that I realized the lid will not go on straight, so right-handed or left-handed drinking is not easy from either side. No matter how tight I make it, I can't get it in place. This cup is heavy when full, and drinking is far from easy with the straw off center. When I contacted the company to inquire, they say it is fine and that the off-center straw doesn't affect the use. I disagree. Part of the appeal of the cup is being able to tighten the lid to one side or the other. The threads are clearly "off" and different from my other Hydrojug that tightens appropriately.”
