“My only complaint about this bottle is that the silicone piece on bottom is already starting to peel off and I have not had the bottle very long. Other than that I love that it keeps my drink cold and it does not leak unlike other expensive bottles I’ve purchased before”
“Firstly, I LOVE my Hydrojugs. My mom gifted me a black cheetah print engraved one as a Christmas gift about 2-3 years ago and I used it RELIGIOUSLY everyday.
Of course, things happen (and it may have gone thru a battle or two). Eventually, the handle did become loose over time (keep in mind every. day. use. for 2+ years with a girl that isn’t the most careful sometimes—so still great!).
THE BEST PART?! I reached out to customer service, and they were so understanding and accommodating. After explaining to them that my handle was loose, customer service was very receptive and gave me credit towards my next purchase. I am so grateful.
